HLL Linens trades as Hilden and Liddell.
Lissadell was purchased by Dublin-based Liddell for an undisclosed sum. All staff will transfer with the business and be combined with Liddell’s team. Lissadell director Marc Wynne will become commercial director.
Funding support was provided by Ulster Bank.
Established in 1969, Lissadell is a major supplier of bed and bath linens to the global luxury hotel and hospitality markets. It also supplies the commercial laundry, institutional and health care markets. Lissadell has established international sourcing and distribution operations in Turkey, UAE and the Lebanon and will benefit further from VSS’s sourcing and distribution network in Hong Kong, China, Pakistan, India and Egypt.
