Robinson Corp, which traded as Caesars Cleaners, has four stores and a central operation plant. Thurston John (Jack) Robinson owned and operated the brand since 1972 and is now retiring. Theresa Paulette, general manager for 18 years, will stay on to manage and expand the operation.

Together with the pending acquisition of California’s leading drycleaning business, revenues (US$6.5million), this latest transaction is expected to bring US Dry Cleaning’s annualised revenue run rate to more than US$18.7million.
