The reconstituted nine-member board will be a driving force in revitalising the industry-wide body, as well as raising the profile and increasing the income of the UKFT, according to UKFT chairman Peter Lucas.
John Miln, former deputy chairman and treasurer of UKFT, will be acting chief executive and guide the board through its early stages.
Adam Mansell, the association’s chief operating officer for the past year, will become a consultant to the UKFT at the end of October.
