The Textile Services Association held a highly successful annual national conference at the Marriott Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club at Kirknewton in Scotland on 11 November.
The association’s new chief executive Dr Philip Wright (pictured) addressed the membership on his vision and strategy for the TSA and textile services as a whole.
This year’s headline speakers were Tim Baillie and Etienne Stott, Great Britain’s Olympic Canoe Slalom gold medallists, who will be talking about leadership by empowerment and the effect of incremental gains.
