The Textile Care Allied Trades Association’s (TCATA) will host its annual management and education conference from 29 July to 1 August at the Silverado resort and spa in Napa, California.

His address "Delighting the customer" discusses the true meaning of service. He will include a 10-step programme to successfully setting up customer accounts and retaining them for a "lifetime."
Chris Kuehl, managing director of Armada Corporate Intelligence, will discuss trends and forecasts for both the USA and global economy.
Best-selling author Rory Vaden will explain that while the majority will choose the easy option when asked to make a decision, he believes that "success means doing things we don’t want to do".
