OCS Smarts has won the contract to process towels, bath robes and linen at Champney’s health and beauty centre in London’s Piccadilly Meridien Hotel.
To ensure it could meet the centre’s special requirements, Smarts drew up a business plan. This included the building of a dedicated section to process the work and the purchase of additional capital equipment. The approach has clearly worked well with Champney’s housekeeping manager Marc Caine praising the quality of work, including perfectly hand-folded towels.
