The UK-based machinery manufacturer and supplier has increased stock of its ‘Operator Safety Screen, designed to provide protection for laundry operatives when social distancing isn’t achievable. The system can work with both automatic and manual spreader feeders for large and small piece lines.
The Operator Safety Screen is available in 2 to 4 metre widths and provides side protection for up to six operators through its transparent moveable screens. The clear panels ensure full vision is maintained for safety, and can be quickly cleaned between staff rotations.
Designed and manufactured in the UK, the Operator Safety Screen is available for delivery in 5-7 working days and HJ Weir claims it can be easily assembled on-site within 30 minutes.
