Sharon Breary, who has been with the company since 2004, has been appointed as outbound sales manager to lead the three-strong team.
The team will work proactively on linen sales for a range that includes Prima bed linen and Signature Plus table linen.
Raj Ruia, managing director of Richard Haworth, says that the outbound team has been formed in response to customer demand and he hopes to double the department by the end of the year.
