Textile rental specialist, UTC has taken on the European distributorship for leading US workwear manufacturer, the VF Corp.
The VF Corp, internationally known for its Wrangler and Lee brands, also claims to be the States’ largest workwear exhibitor and leading supplier to the textile rental supplier with its Red Kap brand, while UTC has some 40 experience in textile rental.
The European marketing partnership between the two is said to combine the manufacturing strength of leading textile mills and garment production operations world-wide, as well as in-depth marketing expertise and established sales channels into Britain, France, Belgium, Holland and Germany.
The initial Red Kap range for Europe will include polo shirts, paint shop overalls, scrub suits and flame resistant wear. The range is claimed to combine the advantages of good appearance, comfort and durability.
