R&B Wire Products is demonstrating its Clean Wheel System. This features the first castor to be specifically designed for laundries by significantly reducing lint and debris pick up.
Now fitted as standard on all R&B’s 100, 200 & 300 series R&B carts, the 5inch tapered polyurethane wheel reduces floor friction and causes less material build up on the wheel.
The proprietary Thread Guard Design has been designed specifically to deflect any debris, with an elevated flange minimising any lint and thread pick up that may come into contact with the wheel. The castors have a heavy duty case hardened yoke, which incorporates a sealed raceway bearing system that keeps dirt contamination at a minimum and protects bearings from seizing.
