Poseidon Textile Care Systems has introduced an 80-pound capacity Poseidon machine to its soft-mount wetcleaning washer range. The soft-mount line now includes 20, 30, 40, 60, 80 and 90-pound capacity models.
Unlike the hard-mount versions, which require 18-24 inches of separation between machines for bolt-down maintenance and foundation stress requirements, Poseidon soft-mount models can be installed next to each other, according to Poseidon co-owner Jeff Quail. “The 80’s small footprint and soft-mount design allow fabricare specialists to greatly enhance wetcleaning throughput within a smaller space,” he said.
All Poseidon machines feature Inteli Control, with 20 pre-programmed cycles and up to 79 individually modifiable cycles. Additionally, the SmartLoad system automatically tells operators when the machine is loaded to 25, 50 or 100 percent capacity.
