Fifteen salespeople from the USA, Canada and Australia recently completed an in-depth training course at the Maytag University factory commercial laundry sales school.

The course included training on Maytag’s products as well as specific sessions on the coin-op, multi-housing and OPL markets.

It explored market trends and gave those attending the opportunity to work with the Maytag Commercial Laundry Energy Calculator tool.

Rex Braden, national sales manager at Maytag Commercial Laundry, said the course helped salespeople to succeed in a very complex market. It presented information in a format that was easy to understand and equipped the students with in-depth product knowledge and selling techniques.
