Maxi‐Press has announced that it has joined the Jensen-Group with its membrane and spare parts business. The Jensen-Group now holds 85% of the shares of Maxi‐Press Holding GmbH including its worldwide subsidiaries.

Maxi‐Press this is an extremely positive step with the numerous opportunities for new products and even better services that are possible with a globally strongly positioned partner such as the Jensen-Group. Many of the resulting synergies will also offer great added value to all laundries worldwide.

As part of the acquisition, Maxi‐Press will continue to operate under the well‐established Maxi‐Press brand, while founder and CEO Tim Zaiser will continue to run the business. “I knew Jensen would approach me one day and I am very proud that Maxi‐Press is now a member of the Jensen-Group,” said Tim Zaiser, sharing his excitement about the move.

All Maxi‐Press employees support the decision and are looking forward to a great future, as was clearly demonstrated during the visit by Jensen CEO Jesper Jensen and Gerda Jank, director corporate alignment at Jensen, to the Maxi‐Press headquarters in Eichenzell near Fulda, Germany. The shared vision and trust in future collaboration strengthens the cohesion and commitment of the entire team.

Nothing will change for Maxi‐Press customers and sales partners. Maxi‐Press remains an independent company – which is now a member of the Jensen-Group. All contacts and personnel remain unchanged and can be reached in the usual manner by all Maxi‐Press customers.
