Continental Girbau Inc. has presented Lavatec Laundry Technology with its 2016 Business Partner of the Year award. The award recognises Lavatec’s superior business results while working in partnership with Continental and its customers. Lavatec president Mark Thrasher accepted the award during Continental’s kick-off presentation for Clean ’17, in Las Vegas.
“Together, Continental and Lavatec offer the vastest laundry equipment product breadth in the industry, including everything from small open-pocket washers and dryers, to large tunnel washing systems, ironing systems and more,” said Joel Jorgensen, Continental vice president of sales. “It isn’t often that two industry manufacturers come together in this type of collaboration. Our alliance allows us to deliver improved plant efficiency, operation and return on investment.”
Thrasher added: “Both of our companies have a distinguished history in the industry and many customers know our respective strengths and capabilities. We are looking forward to many more successful years as Continental’s business partner.”
