Renders has previously held CFO and COO posts and gained wide experience in finance, ICT and all production related matters. Philippe D’heygere said that Renders had worked with him in his former company, Stow International, and that Renders had set up production operations in Europe and in Asia.
D’heygere added that Anthony Geerinckx and Stefaan Dewulf who helped restructure Lapauw after its acquisition “had fulfilled their mission” and would engage in fresh challenges. He thanked them for their efforts for the Lapauw group and wished them every success.
