Peter van Kessel has accepted the role of chief operating officer at ABS Laundry Business Solutions, bringing his wide experience in the laundry industry gathered over a career at ABS spanning more than 25 years. van Kessel will oversee project management, customer support, service level agreements and hosting services.
Working closely with the coordinators/managers of these departments, van Kessel’s primary focus is to translate the ABS strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning for all the company’s existing and new customers.
