Johnson Cleaners has teamed up with Waitrose to offer the supermarket’s customers drop-off and collect services for drycleaning and laundry. Following a successful eight store trial, the service has now been introduced to over 120 Waitrose supermarkets nationwide.
The Johnson service, which will be available at Waitrose welcome desks, will include specialist services such as suede and leather care as well garment cleaning and pressing and shirt services.
MyWaitrose cardholders can save 5% on all orders and will receive a free garment carrier when they first use the service.
Paul Ogle, managing director of Johnson Cleaners, said the company was proud of its relationship with Waitrose and to be offering its customers the best possible service and convenience. Johnson Cleaners was pleased to give these customers an opportunity to try the innovative GreenEarth cleaning system.
He added that both his company and Waitrose made sustainability and protecting the environment a priority.
