Initial Textile Services has appointed Mark Poole as branch manager at the base in Milton, Cambridge. For 18 years up to 1995 Mr Poole, worked with Initial’s sister company Rentokil Pest Control, and has been a branch manager and later area manager. Of his return to the group he says: “I have learnt vast amounts about the textiles business. One of this company’s strengths is that all the different businesses use the same company practices and share the same basic structure.
