The award was presented at the grand banquet which rounded the IDC’s 47th convention, held in Orlando just before Clean 05.

The conference took as its theme, “Fresh ideas for challenging times” and speakers from several countries gave their own thoughts on diversification and putting marketing ideas into practice.

Chris Tebbs, IDC executive director says that these presentations were invaluable because they were given by cleaners who had successfully made such changes to their businesses.
