Together, the companies will have combined sales in excess of $15 million per year, employ 300 workers and serve more than 150,000 customers. In a statement issued on 1 December 2010, the companies said the equity partnership would allow them to become more efficient and capitalise on growth opportunities. Both companies will continue to operate under existing brands whilst sharing management and operational responsibilities.
