Dormer also launched several products aimed at giving cleaners the opportunity to increase their turnover and expand their services.

The Rug Doctor generated a great deal of interest, as it allows drycleaners to provide a carpet cleaning hire service with very little outlay. In return for a percentage of the hire fee, Dormer provides the drycleaner with the equipment, point of sale merchandising and servicing support.
