Great Impressions, DLI’s personalised e-news service for member cleaners and their customers now provides tips and information to promote the necessity of proper garment care and the part this plays in good grooming to a wider audience.

One month after publication, information from the newsletters will be passed to DLI’s 16 affiliated state associations so they can pass garment care hints and tips to local news contacts.

Mary Scalco, DLI’s acting CEO said that it wanted to reinforce the role that drycleaning plays in helping professional people to look good. The newsletters are written for consumers and stress the importance of using professional cleaning services.

The Great Impressions newsletter was launched in September 2010.
