The Texcolour machines will dye up to 36kg, and the equipment is said to suit launderers who run a supplementary dyeing service.

The machines are fitted with Anderson Products’ “automatic appliance emailer”, which monitors daily performance and has an alert function that sends an email to a designated person in the event of an operational problem.

The dyeing machines can be monitored individually or in a network arrangement. Processes can be programmed on a PC and transmitted to machines. A database of dyeing processes can be assembled, and any process will be reproduced exactly.

UK companies interested in distributing the machines should contact Dennis Livingstone at Anderson Products.
