CEM specialises in managing conferences and trade shows such as the Bournemouth Hotel and Catering Exhibition. Anna Wallis, director for the Clean UK 2004, said the show fitted in very well with the company’s profile.
SLEAT president,Tom Elliot said he was delighted at CEM’s appointment. The group would have the support of a steering committee and Cathy Winman, the previous organiser, would be available to act as consultant.
He was sure that the 2004 event would attract attention not only from UK and Ireland, but also from overseas, as previous events have done.
