He told LCN that the company had been doing business with Alliance for some time now. He added that Alliance is the number one commercial laundry manufacturer in the USA and worldwide and CLD is second in Europe and third worldwide, so the two companies complemented each other quite well. He believes the sale will be completed during the third quarter, probably around August.
Obviously there would be some changes but not as far as the customer was concerned. The CLD brand strategy would continue.
