Following the success of its Cole & Wilson dry- and wetcleaning business in Europe, international detergents group Christeyns is expanding these activities to the USA.
Christeyns officially announced last month the acquisition of Team Systems Inc., a Houston-based supplier to the laundry, drycleaning and hospitality industries in the USA. Building on the success of Christeyns’ European subsidiary, Cole & Wilson, the UK-based supplier and manufacturer of dry- and wetcleaning chemicals, Christeyns has decided to integrate Team Systems into a new USA company, to be named Cole & Wilson LLC.
Rudi Moors is named as president of Cole & Wilson LLC.
He said: “For several years our relationship with Mike Moore, President and owner of Team Systems, has been great. We all were convinced that now was the right time for Team Systems to become part of the Christeyns group to create the perfect foundation for the roll-out of Cole & Wilson in the USA. As such we also look forward to further developing the long- term partnership between Team Systems and FabriClean Supply.”
Cole & Wilson has been innovating, formulating and manufacturing dry- and wetcleaning chemicals since 1927. Its range of “Stainless Solutions” products includes Profit for professional wetcleaning, Sultra for drycleaning, Higlo drycleaning solvent and Sultraspot pre-spotters.
