Carrington Career & Workwear, has been sold to Pincroft Dyeing and Printing Company.
Both companies are based in Lancashire, and their alliance will merge Carrington’s marketing expertise and sales and distribution network with Pincroft’s ambitious programme of investment in a new range of bleaching and continuous dyeing plant, Proban flame-retardant finishing unit and printing machinery. Pincroft has already spent £10m on this programme.
