Brilliant Laundry Group has appointed Fraser Borthwick as commercial director at its Cheltenham headquarters. His responsibilities will include encouraging the development of products and services and finding new ways to improve customer experience, retention and innovation.
Borthwick has a wealth of experience in blue-chip national companies including Rentokil, Yell Group, Securitas and Reliance. "I wanted to move to a younger business that combined national reach with serious potential for growth and Brilliant fits that bill," said Borthwick.
