The sale secures ongoing employment for 114 employees.
As already reported, the administrators were unable to negotiate sales of four other sites in Bristol, Gravesend, Sunderland and Leeds as going concerns, and operations at these sites have ceased, with 850 staff made redundant.
Rob Lewis, joint administrator and director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, said:
“We are delighted to secure a going concern sale of the Norwood site and secure ongoing employment for the employees based there.”
