Matthew Jones has joined Armstrong Commercial Laundry Systems as technical service advisor. The job will involve him working on all the different types of equipment, which Armstrong sells, both in the workshop and out in the field with customers.
Jones completed an apprenticeship in Australia in the plastics injection industry before moving into print engineering. He arrived in the UK three years ago and has since moved into technical roles fixing machines, first in the food sector and now at Armstrong.
“Technical service and support is extremely important to our business,” said Tom Lowes, director of Armstrong. “We welcome Matt Jones and his enthusiasm to the Armstrong team.”
