Clifford Andrew, director Globe Andrew, and Danny Tyrrell all-Ireland sales manager introduced the competition at the Allied Trades Exhibition (November 5 and 6, Bloomfield House Hotel, Mullingar, ).
Applicants will have to answer a list of questions, write an essay and later be interviewed by the judges. The winner will take a European trip, visiting Andrew Textile Industries and Severnside Fabrics in the UK, the ELP plant in France and the Texcare Exhibition in Frankfurt, June 6 to 10, 2004.
