Alliance Laundry Holdings has signed an agreement to acquire the Primus Laundry Equipment Group.
The companies expect to complete the transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions, before the end of March.
Primus has its headquarters in Belgium but also has factories in the Czech Republic and China as well as sales offices in France, Dubai, Spain and Hong Kong.
