TSA conference gets under way in Warwickshire

Today is the day – and tomorrow for the big event – as Textile Services Association (TSA) members meet up tonight for an informal dinner followed by the conference proper tomorrow. It will be the first time TSA and its membership has been able to meet in person since 2019 after a hiatus of 24 months. Taking place at the Ardencote Hotel and Spa, Warwickshire, 28-29 September, there will be plenty of catching up to do and a conference agenda that offers an exceptionally bold, strong and insightful programme, according to TSA CEO David Stevens.

TRSA: Baird 3Q survey – linens ‘up big’, uniforms ‘steady’

Latest news from the TRSA announces that Robert W Baird & Co. has recently unveiled its third quarter (3Q 2021) Textile Rental Services Survey, a collaborative effort with the TRSA, the North American commercial laundry/linen rental trade association. The survey findings reflect 26 responses to queries sent to 250 linen, uniform and facility services professionals in both the linen and uniform rental sectors. The survey found robust growth on the linen side and a slight moderation of the bullish growth reported earlier in the uniform sector.

Northern lights to shine at Swedish TSA conference

The Swedish Textile Service Association gathers the industry for its long-awaited Autumn Meeting. The agenda includes appearances from a Secretary General, a former Minister and a Eurovision Song Contest winner. And as if that were not enough, even one of Sweden’s most well-known political journalists will assume the stage for the closing remarks. It will be a star-studded event as the laundry and textile service industry gathers for its first physical meeting in two years. The event will take place on 18 November at Blique by Nobis in Stockholm.
