Rinnai announces new product roadmap in drive to net zero

Rinnai is set to launch its ‘H3’ range of products consisting of Hydrogen blends-ready water heating systems in hybrid versions and a comprehensive selection of heat pumps specifically designed for commercial use. It is also expected that the company will be launching electric formats to existing product ranges within the next 12 months.
Bradford-based Christeyns grows apprentice numbers
UK Christeyns, which manufactures and supplies detergents and supporting chemicals for the UK laundry sector, has recently taken on four new apprentices. Isabel Hardwick has joined the firm as Apprentice Quality Control Technician following success in her A level examinations. Izzy’s apprenticeship will last four years and incorporates working towards a BSc (Honours) in Chemistry at Bradford University.
UKHospitality calls for financial support for businesses now
UK UKHospitality, the trade association for hospitality businesses, warns of significant ongoing problems as covid restrictions in Wales and Scotland bite into business for its members. The association describe the Christmas period as ‘disastrous’ and ‘a write-off’ and says things are not much better in England even without the additional stringent restrictions. This is not good news for the laundries that support them.
