Problem: A ballpoint pen mark on a white shirt did not come out during washing.
Cause: Ballpoint pen ink will not come out with water, however good the detergent!
Responsibility: The wearer is probably responsible for the mark but a professional cleaner should be able to remove it from a white shirt and should now take responsibility for doing so.
