The national workplace services group, PHS, in Caerphilly, has bought the High Wycombe based dust mat company, Just Mats.
Just Mats will form part of PHS’s Dust Mats Division and will be known as PHS Treadsmart.
Established 11 years ago, Just Mats has enjoyed significant growth with a turnover year-to-date of £3.2 million and 58 employees throughout its distribution and laundry centres in High Wycombe, Coventry and Silvertown.
During this period, it secured a solid commercial customer base for its range of standard fitted, loose-lay and printed logo mats servicing its main operating areas in London, the Home Counties and the Midlands.
Commenting on the acquisition, Lynne Vanes, PHS’s Dust Mats managing director, said: “Just Mats is a perfect fit for our business.
“We are already seeing considerable demand to find one-stop solutions for our customers’ matting needs with growing trends towards supplying fitted and logo mats that meet a specific purpose.”
