Texcare International wasn’t the only major achievement of the year. At the Kannegiesser pre-Texcare sales meeting Kannegiesser UK’s Selwyn Burchhardt was presented with a certificate from Michael Harre the company’s chief strategy officer to celebrate 40 years of working with Kannegiesser.
Burchhardt started selling Kannegiesser equipment in March 1984 with his father as an agency called Grasco. The business was transferred to Ducker Engineering in 1998 which was then incorporated into a Kannegiesser subsidiary in 2005. Kannegiesser has been providing solutions for commercial laundries for over 70 years and Burchardt has been there for more than half that time.
Harre commented on Burchhardt’s dedication and loyalty over his years working with Kannegiesser and the trust he has developed with many customers with his in-depth knowledge of the Kannegiesser equipment and the industry.
Burchhardt was on hand to show visitors around the massive Kannegiesser stand, sharing his expertise, at Texcare 2024 where ‘Let’s Create Your Next Level Laundry’ was the message. Kannegiesser showcased its latest innovations in automation, robotics, ergonomic workstations, sustainable processes, and intelligent logistics Kannegiesser has been busy working with customers to design tailored solutions that transform these challenges into opportunities, elevating laundry operations to the next level.
