TRSA, the North America textile rental trade body, will hold its 109th Annual Conference 13-15 September at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, Nashville, Tennesee. Keynote speakers at the event in the US’s home of music, Nashville, are RA Dickey, a former Major League Baseball player, and Charles Esten, an actor and singer/songwriter, who will kick off TRSA's 109th Annual Conference.
The business side of the event will explore topics such as ‘Bulletproof Selling: Building Sales Systems in the Textile Rental Industry’; The Elements of Value; The Value Proposition of an Effective Training System’; ‘Three Things You Can Do to Enhance Trust and Teamwork in your Organization’; ‘Economic and Industry Update’; and, ‘Learn, Start, & Open: Carbon Zero Implications for TRSA’. An awards reception and dinner is also scheduled.
During the 2012 season with the New York Mets, Dickey emerged as one of the premier starting pitchers in baseball and has proved himself a force to be reckoned with. Aside from his reputation as a talented athlete, Dickey’s story exemplifies resilience, highlighting how the power of faith and perseverance can lead to unimaginable success. Using his life experiences, Dickey will share his quest for truth, authenticity and the “perfect knuckleball”.
Post-Covid, singer/songwriter and actor Charles Esten has resumed live performances at venues such as Nashville’s own Grand Ole Opry, where he has appeared over 140 times to date, and is excited to embark on his own shows across the United States this summer. Through narrative and song, Esten will bring his unique storytelling perspective and begin the conference on the right note with a morning of music and fun.
