Waitrose & Partners is to be the first UK grocery store to stock the ecoegg Laundry Egg and ecoegg Dryer Eggs, an innovative, eco-friendly laundry washing system.
According to Mintel future laundry growth is likely to come from brands that focus on product innovation, skin health and the environment.
The ecoegg Laundry Egg is a re-fillable product, and completely replaces both laundry detergent and fabric conditioner.
It works without the use of harsh chemicals, so it’s kind to the environment and skin. Supported by Allergy UK, the hypoallergenic range is dermatologically tested and has been awarded the Allergy Friendly Product award.
Waitrose & Partners will stock the 70 wash ecoegg Laundry Egg in Fresh Linen, Fresh Linen Refill Pellets and the Fragrance Free Dryer Eggs.
