The Belgian chemicals group Christeyns is further expanding its activities in the Netherlands with the acquisition of Qlean-tec. Qlean-tec develops and markets cleaning concepts for professional applications, focusing on the food industry, the automotive industry and professional kitchens.
With this acquisition, Christeyns Netherlands further expands its activities in the food industry, while adding the automotive and professional kitchen segments to its portfolio.
Christeyns specialises in high-end detergents for professional textile care and cleaning and disinfection agents for the food industry.
Qlean-tec will maintain its current activities in the existing form and will further expand to strategic markets, under current management.
