TSA launched its refined website to TSA members on 20 September at their Sector Interest Group meeting in Sketchley Grange in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

The TSA required some internal administration improvements to move the Association forward and ensure it was well-equipped to continue its role of representation, education and promotion of the textile care services industry. The installation of a membership relationship management system opened the scope for a refined TSA website that provides an enhanced interaction level for members and for interested stakeholders alike.

New features include:

Policies area showcasing the industry stance on various topics such as Brexit, Environment, Ethical Sourcing and more. With scope to add more commentary and opinions as time moves forward.

Events area showcasing the Member Only events in the public domain so interested prospective members can understand more about the benefits they could be receiving.

An easy to use Member Directory based on tagged entries showcasing catchment areas, services, standards, branches and more. Members can monitor, edit and change the content shown via the My TSA area as well as edit their own personal details, marketing preferences and more.

The Resources library and News area are two comprehensive parts that provide a wealth of information with certain parts locked for Members only.
