Johnson Service Group says that its trading results for the year ended 31 December 2015 are expected to be in line with market forecasts, which already reflect the positive performance reported in its interim results.
The Group’s successful acquisitions this year should also ensure that year-end results are significantly ahead of those for the previous year.
The 6 January pre-close trading statement reported that even with the acquisition of Ashbon Services Limited, announced on 30 November 2015, net debt at the year’s end is expected to be slightly lower than the £72.4 million reported at June 2015.
The group will implement the National Living Wage in April 2016 and adds that the effect of this, including the benefits of its mitigation plans, is reflected in current market expectations.
Johnson Service Group will announce its full year results in the week commencing 29 February 2016.
