The Drycleaning and Laundry Institute and the National Cleaners Association will hold the "Five-Star Brainstorming" conference at the Akumal Riviera Maya in Cancun, Mexico from 14 – 17 January 2016.
The event allows drycleaners to network and DLI CEO Mary Scalco said that the opportunity for informal discussions is important for many of those that attend.
She added however that the speakers always have great ideas and this year they include: Rory Vaden on realising an overall business vision; Jonah Berger on why some technologies "go viral"; and Amanda Johns Vaden on marketing to a generational mix.
