The Oeko-Tex Association has appointed Georg Dieners as its general secretary. Dieners is a trained textile engineer and was previously employed as director of product management at the workwear and PPE provider, LHD Group in Cologne.
At Oeko-Tex Dieners takes over from Jean-Pierre Haug, who will concentrate on professional co-operation among Oeko-Tex technical committees and on his position as COO of the Swiss Textile Testing Institute, Testex AG.
