The Society of Hospital Linen Service and Laundry Managers’ conference will take place on 9 and 10 April at the Palace Hotel in Buxton and the provisional programme lists some highly topical themes.
Subjects include alternatives to thermal disinfection following the introduction of CFPP01-04, RFID and its role in preventing linen losses and an update on the Laundry and Linen Hire Framework agreement.
In addition to the formal talks there will be two "breakout" sessions, one on linen losses and abuse and the other on the cost of service and quality.
