The Drycleaning and Laundry Institute and the National Cleaners Association will jointly present a "Five-Star Brainstorming" conference in Cancun, Mexico from 16 – 19 January 2014.
The event will allow members of both associations to network as well as attending the business seminars.
This year’s headline speaker is Christophe Morin, a co-author of the book "Neuromarketing: Understanding the Buy Buttons in Your Customer’s Brain."
Morin will help delegates understand how the decision-making part of the brain works so that they can give more effective sales presentations and improve their marketing strategies. He will explain the importance of marketing to customers’ emotions and show how this can be achieved.
