The site allows customers and partners in these industries to find accurate, up-to-date information about product developments and solutions from a single source. The information can be accessed by region, country, market sector or product category. The project involved several departments including product management, food service, laundry marketing, IT, the web team and communications.

According to a joint statement by Esther Staskiewicz head of marketing for Electrolux Professional Laundry Systems and Massimo Presot, head of marketing for Electrolux Professional Food Service, each department had a different perspective but all shared the aim of creating a customer-centred website that allowed visitors to start a dialogue with Electrolux Professional where benefits were clearly outlined and that included reference points and success stories.
