It will be held alongside Techtextil, the international trade fair for technical textiles and non-wovens.
In total the organiser Messe Frankfurt hopes to attract around 50,000 trade visitors to this double event.
Texprocess will cover five halls and now includes a hall devoted to sourcing, where contract manufacturers worldwide can give presentations on their factories. Messe Frankfurt says it has set strict criteria for companies wanting to exhibit in this section to ensure high standards of quality.
Elgar Straub of show partner VDMA Garment and Leather Technology said: “Holding Texprocess concurrently with Techtextil means we will have moved closer to the expanding market for technical textiles, something we have wanted for many years.”
