Ziermann Holding from Sasbach, South West Germany, took over all share capital of Böwe Textile Cleaning with effect 1 January 2010 after signing an agreement with Sail Star GmbH & Co KG in August this year. The company plans to reduce manufacturing costs by relocating from Augsburg to Buehl, near Baden-Baden in the southwest of Germany,
