The free-of-charge service will be available through the ADC website and customers using it will receive a diagnosis of their problems by email.
Although most AD and Solaris machines are equipped with self-diagnostics, many ADC dryers that predate computer controls are still in use and the service will be of special interest to owners of such machines.
